  • Can I customize my order?
    Yes! You can customize any order by going to our request customization form: here Please note that there is a non-refundable deposit fee.
  • Do you offer size inclusive options?
    Yes! Nearly all of our items are size inclusive. We have a broad range of options to choose from so you can say what you mean, mean what you say and wear how you feel. Be unique. Be you.
  • When will I get my order?
    Our products are hand printed in-house. Please reference each product page for their respective Shipping & Handling. Generally, turnaround time is approximately up to 3 weeks depending on complexity and availability. Orders are fulfilled sequentially. Every order is personally packed by Regina and you will receive shipping and tracking updates to the email provided with the order. Products will arrive We offer Standard Flat Rate shipping of $10 inside the US only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We currently use USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers. All items are appropriately packaged based on order requirements.
  • What is the return/refund policy?
    At this time we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds as each item is made to order. Please note, each item is handmade and handprinted and therefore, may have minimal imperfections, thank you for your understanding. Each order is carefully curated to ensure the quality. If you happen to experience any issues with your order, please contact us at Disclaimer: Due to the many variations and inconsistencies in monitors and browsers, the color of our products may appear different on different monitors and browsers. We do our best to ensure our photos are as true to color as possible. We cannot guarantee the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Actual colors may vary.
  • How should I care for my item(s)?
    Please follow the detailed care instructions on each product page and the care instructions card that you receive with your order. Loyal Ivy is not held responsible for any damage caused by misuse or improper care of our product(s), once received by the customer, including and not limited to washing.

  • Can you make my Sorority and/or Big/Little swag?
    Yes absolutely! We would love to do that for you! Please fill out our Request Customization form and make sure to include the details of the design you are looking for. Click this form: here.
  • How do I find the right size?
    Our garments are unisex sizing unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please refer to each product page for more information. The size guide is a general guide for selecting your size based on your body measurements. The measurements displayed may vary a few inches up or down depending on the material. Use the guide to find a suitable style or fit for you here.
